The size of the existing residence was not sufficient anymore and a dining room in the style of a Florida room as a „window into the yard“ as added, exiting to a beautiful patio. A roof garden and energetic renovation give the residential building a finished look and integrate the residence perfectly into nature of Lünen. – Completion 2009
